Chicken Tortellini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. tortellini
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
4 chicken breasts, cut up
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cook tortellini; drain.
Roll chicken in flour and brown; set aside.
Cook onion in butter.
Add bouillon cubes, broth, sugar and mushrooms.
Bring to slow boil and cook 5 minutes.
In large bowl, combine tortellini, chicken, mushroom mixture and sour cream.
Toss gently.
Place in lightly greased baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
