Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp. curing salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. peppercorn
Preparation
    Knead well; place in refrigerator and knead once a day for 2 more days.
    Roll into 3 or more rolls and bake on the fourth day for 2 hours at 200\u00b0.
