Herb Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves or 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped rosemary or 2 tsp. dried crushed rosemary
    2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    2 (3 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryers, each cut into quarters
    fresh thyme and rosemary (for garnish)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In cup, mix thyme, rosemary, oil, paprika, salt and pepper.
    With hands, rub chicken quarters with herb mixture.
    Place chicken quarters, skin side up, on rack in large roasting pan.
    Roast chicken 40 minutes (do not turn) or until juices run clear and it is golden.
    Serve hot or refrigerate to serve cold later.
