Coconut Mandarin Layer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (11 oz.) cans mandarins, drained
    2/3 c. shredded or flaked coconut
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain mandarins.
    Arrange mandarin segments in bottom of serving bowl, sprinkle with sugar and coconut.
    Repeat layers, ending with mandarins.
    Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. This is especially attractive when put in a clear bowl.
    This can be served as a side dish for curry or pork or as a dessert.
    Serves 6.
