Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. fresh spinach
    10 whole fresh mushrooms, sliced
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Toss spinach, mushrooms, chopped eggs and crumbled bacon. Whisk remaining ingredients together.
    Toss with vegetables to coat spinach.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
