Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1/3 c. milk
1 lb. boiled, deveined shrimp
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. grated onion
dash of Tabasco
1 1/2 c. fresh breadcrumbs
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Combine soup, salad dressing and milk in a large mixing bowl. Mix in shrimp, water chestnuts, celery, parsley, onion, rice and Tabasco.
Add salt if desired.
Pour into casserole and cover with breadcrumbs which have been mixed with melted butter.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Yields 6 plus servings.
