Baked Apple Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples
    2 tsp. honey
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel, core and slice apples.
    Place slices into micro-safe dish.
    Mix honey and orange juice and pour over apple slices. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Toss to coat well.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir.
    Recover and micro 2 more minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 4 servings.
    Has 55 calories, fat free.
