Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick mix
    1 1/2 c. shredded raw zucchini squash
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
    Beat all ingredients on low speed 30 seconds.
    Then beat 30 seconds on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool completely before slicing.
