Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. oil (any kind but olive oil)
    salt to taste
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can peas, drained
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 lb. beef cubes
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil and margarine.
    Add beef and brown lightly.
    Stir in tomato soup, mushrooms, peas, sugar and salt. Cover mixture; simmer 20 minutes.
    Blend.
    Stir in sour cream. Don't let sauce boil as sour cream may curdle.
    Serve over hot noodles.
