Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cook the carrots; drain and set aside.
    Combine soup, vinegar, oil, sugar, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard; cook for about 3 minutes.
    Add chopped onion and pepper to hot mixture; cook 3 more minutes.
    Pour over carrots.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Serves 12 to 14.
