Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. water
2 tsp. vinegar
2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Preparation

Spoon this mixture over top of batter in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until done.
Will also make at least 3 dozen cupcakes.
