Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 c. tomato catsup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine catsup, tomato juice, salt, black pepper, red pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, onions and mustard. Blend well.
    Add ground beef.
    Mix gently, but thoroughly.
    Line 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with foil; press in the beef mixture.
