Baked Pork Chops And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 (1-inch) pork chops
    4 cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet and add onion.
    Saute until tender; remove onion and set aside.
    Brown pork chops in butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Arrange chops in 13 x 9-inch baking dish and cover with apple slices.
    Sprinkle with onions. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
