Pineapple Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Mandarin oranges
2 tall cans pineapple tidbits
1 small box lemon Jell-O
1 small box orange Jell-O
1 (10 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Prepare Jell-O using fruit and add water to make 4 cups.
Add fruit and marshmallows on top.
Chill.
At least 4 hours before serving, whip cream and fold in mayonnaise.
Spread on top of Jell-O and sprinkle with cheese.
