Easy Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 c. Italian-flavored bread crumbs
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Slice chicken breasts into strips, then cut each strip into thirds.
    Beat egg with a fork in a small bowl.
    Add milk and mix. Drop pieces of chicken into egg-milk mixture.
    Remove and roll in bread crumbs.
    Place coated chicken into hot oil in a frying pan. Cook approximately 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel covered plates.
