California Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen vegetables (carrots, cauliflower and broccoli)
    1 stick oleo
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook
    vegetables
    according
    to
    directions on package. Drain and
    set
    in
    dish.
    Crumble crackers, put in a bowl and add stick of melted oleo; mix.
    Cut cheese in cubed pieces and place over vegetables.
    Pour
    crackers
    and
    oleo mixture over vegetables and cheese.
    Bake in
    a 9 x 13-inch greased dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
