Sugar-Free Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 egg whites
    1 1/3 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Put paper liners in muffin tins.
    Beat egg whites, oil and milk, stir in bananas.
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Stir in banana mixture until moistened. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake 23 minutes.
