Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until foamy
    small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. peeled and grated raw zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift together the dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, crushed pineapple, oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini.
    Mix well.
    Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
    Grease and flour bottom of loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Makes 2 loaf pans.
