Escalloped Potatoes(This Recipe Is Good With Any Meat, But I Usually Serve It With - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    8 potatoes
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    1/4 c. pimentos
    4 c. prepared mustard
    1 c. or more salad dressing
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    In saucepan, boil potatoes until tender.
    Cool, peel and dice. Place in a large mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients except eggs.
    Mix well.
    Dice 4 eggs and stir in mixture.
    Slice remaining eggs and use to garnish top of dish.
    Sprinkle dash of paprika on top.
    Serves 10.
