Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 oz.) Roquefort cheese or 2/3 jar Roka
    2 (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 buttons garlic
    salt to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Cream cheeses and add mayonnaise.
    Fold in whipped cream and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
    Add 2 buttons garlic and let stand several hours.
    Remove garlic and add salt and paprika.
