Cauliflower A La Bienville - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole cauliflower
1 c. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. mild Cheddar cheese or Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Boil cauliflower until tender.
Drain.
Saute onion in butter. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add shrimp, salt and pepper to mushroom mixture.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add soup and cheese.
Cook 10 minutes more.
Mixture will be thick.
Stir while cooking.
Pour over cauliflower and sprinkle with parsley.
