Whatever Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 lb. lean ground meat
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    salt and pepper
    1 jar salsa sauce
    leftover red beans
    chopped tomatoes
    chopped green onions
    chopped black olives
    sour cream
    shredded American cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ground meat, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in pot.
    Brown well. Add taco sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Spoon small amount of mixture onto center of tortilla. Follow by small amounts of red beans, tomatoes, green onions, sour cream and cheese.
    Fold tortillas in 3 to form burrito.
    These may be filled with vegetables, meat or whatever is leftover in the refrigerator.
