Mashed Potatoes - Make-Ahead Type - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Drain.
    Mash potatoes and mix in sour cream, softened cream cheese, 1 tablespoon butter, onion salt and pepper.
    Gradually beat in enough milk to make potatoes fluffy and light.
    Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover with foil.
    Chill up to 24 hours.
    To serve, dot with remaining 1 tablespoon butter and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until heated through.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
