Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 hard-boiled eggs
    12 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. milk
    2 to 3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 large onion, diced
    3/4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In a large bowl, chop 10 eggs.
    Add potatoes.
    In blender, mix milk, mustard, salt, pepper and onion.
    Add mayonnaise and vinegar.
    Blend until just blended.
    Pour over potato-egg mixture. Mix well. Cover and chill.
    When ready to serve, slice the remaining eggs and lay on top.
    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
