Chocolate Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. raspberries
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine plus 1 Tbsp.
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. milk
dash of salt
2 large eggs, separated
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 oz. sq. unsweetened chocolate
butter or margarine for dish
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Coat bottom and sides of 2-cup souffle dish or two 10-ounce cups with butter (1 tablespoon of butter). Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and chocolate in saucepan.
Add flour and stir until smooth, stirring continuously. Gradually add milk until thick.
Add salt and remove from heat.
