She-Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 qt. half and half
    1 tsp. lemon peel (dry)
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 to 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (saltine)
    4 Tbsp. sherry or to taste
    sprinkle of nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine crab meat, half and half, lemon peel and butter and bring almost to a boil.
