Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat egg yolks lightly; beat in milk and oil.
Add egg yolk mixture to flour mixture.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold egg whites into flour mixture, leaving a few fluffs of egg whites. Put 1/4 to 1/2 cup on hot waffle iron and cook until done.
