Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
pinch of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. seedless raisins
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Add coconut, pecans and raisins. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
