Risi E Bisi(Rice & Peas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter/marg
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1 c. raw regular white rice
    1 pkg. frozen peas (10 oz.)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In heavy 3 quart saucepan saute onion and parsley in 4 Tbsp. of butter for 5 minutes.
    Add rice, saute, stirring occasionally, 5 min.
    Add 2 cups water. bring to a boil, or until liquid is all absorbed.
