Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. ground zucchini
    4 c. ground onions
    2 green peppers
    1 red pepper
    1 hot pepper
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grind together zucchini, onions and all peppers. Sprinkle 5 tablespoons salt on top. Cover and let set overnight.
    Rinse 2 times in cold water.
    Take the vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, turmeric, cornstarch, celery seed and pepper and bring to a boil. Dump zucchini in.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Pack in jars and seal. Makes 7 pints.
