Country Rye Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 4 1/2 c. bread flour
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg white, lightly beaten with 1 Tbsp. water
1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
2 c. very warm water (120~)
2 c. rye flour
Preparation

In large bowl, combine 2 cups all-purpose flour or bread flour, sugar, undissolved yeast, caraway seed and salt.
Gradually add water and oil; beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
Scrape bowl occasionally.
Add 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes on high, scraping bowl.
Stir in rye flour and enough all-purpose flour to make soft dough.
Knead on a floured surface until smooth and elastic (6 to 8 minutes).
