Mushroom Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms (whole)
    margarine
    1/2 c. water
    2 bouillon cubes
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 pt. light cream
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in margarine.
    In separate pot, heat and dissolve bouillon cubes in water and set aside.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine and sprinkle flour over.
    Add cream to butter/flour mixture.
    Add bouillon mix to this and add mushrooms.
    Place everything in buttered casserole (large enough to leave mushrooms in a single layer).
    Top with mixture of bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can do ahead.
    Serves 6. To double recipe, just double mushrooms.
