Barbecue Sauce By Mama - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 shakes Tabasco sauce
few grains red pepper

Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan. Add lemon juice, vinegar, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and spices. Bring to boil and pour over meat to be barbecued.
