Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pan corn bread
1 onion, chopped
4 bell peppers, halved and parboiled
12 slices bacon, drained and crumbled
Preparation

Fry bacon.
Saute onion in small amount of bacon drippings, and add crumbled corn bread and bacon to pan and stir.
Add enough water to make very moist.
Parboil peppers until tender, place on pan and fill with cornbread filling.
Place under broiler until brown on top.
