Dutch Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Lightly mix ground meat, bread, onion, 1/2 can tomato sauce, egg and seasonings.
    Shape into loaf in shallow pan.
    Combine remaining tomato sauce with rest of ingredients; pour over meat. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Baste loaf several times.
    Serve with hot noodles, if desired.
