Clam Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. clam liquor
    15 chopped raw clams (chowder type)
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Add clam liquor, milk and eggs. Stir until well blended.
    Add clams and butter; mix.
    Drop from spoon into deep, hot fat.
    Brown.
    Serve with tartar sauce. Serves 4.
