Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut, chopped
1 green pepper
1 small can pimento
1 small onion
3 pieces celery
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. white sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
-
Wash sauerkraut good with hot water, then cold water.
Dice green pepper, onion, celery and pimento.
Mix ingredients well and pour sauce over sauerkraut.
Chill and serve.
