Smoked Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can red salmon, drain and remove the skin and bones
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together thoroughly.
    Chill several hours. Serve as a spread or form into a large ball and roll in a combination of chopped nuts and parsley.
