Amazing Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    In blender, combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla.
    Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes; then sprinkle with the coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Will make its own crust.
    Can be made without a blender.
