Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar and oil; add eggs.
    Sift flour and other dry ingredients.
    Add to sugar and oil; beat well.
    Add vanilla, grated carrots, nuts and raisins.
    Bake in an oblong pan or three 8-inch layer cake pans which have been well-greased.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    When cool, ice with Cream Cheese Icing.
