Golden Coins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. peeled, sliced like coins and cooked carrots
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/8 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Griffin's Prepared Mustard
1/4 c. diced onions
1/4 c. diced green & red peppers
Preparation

Mix all well and pour over hot carrots.
Keep well.
