Deer Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1/2 tsp. cardamom
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 to 4 deer steaks
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and pour over steaks.
    Marinate at room temperature 1 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
    Drain steaks.
    Broil over charcoal or under oven broiler.
    Baste frequently.
