Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (18 oz.) cake mix (flavor desired)
1/2 c. walnuts (large pieces)
Preparation

Melt semi-sweet chocolate morsels over hot (not boiling) water. Remove from heat and add condensed milk, water and vanilla.
Stir until smooth.
Line bottom and sides of 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with double thickness of heavy aluminum foil.
Pour in chocolate mixture.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Pour gently over chocolate in baking pan.
Bake according to package directions until cake tests done.
Invert cake on rack.
Lift off pan.
Let stand 2 minutes.
Peel off foil.
Sprinkle nuts on top. Cut in squares.
