Nanny Craig'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, finely cut
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine chocolate, sugar, milk, butter and salt in medium saucepan.
    Bring to boil on high, stirring constantly.
    Continue to boil on low or until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water. Add vanilla and nuts.
    Beat until mixture will just hold its shape.
    Immediately pour into buttered pan.
    Let cool.
