Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. chunky salsa
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    12 (6-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add salsa, garlic salt and chili powder; mix well.
    Spread a heaping tablespoonful of mixture on each tortilla.
    Roll up each tortilla tightly (jelly roll style).
    Place seam side down on baking sheet.
    Cover and chill for 2 hours.
    Slice each roll into four pieces.
    Top each piece with guacamole (optional).
