Brisket (5 To 6 Pounds) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. celery seed or salt
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Spread on brisket, wrap in heavy-duty foil.
    Refrigerate overnight, fat side up.
    Bake in 275\u00b0 oven for 5 hours or until done.
    Cool and remove, slice.
    To warm up, place in juice or barbecue sauce.
