Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until thick.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Beat egg yolks until creamy and add to hot mixture.
Cook 2 to 3 more minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in rind, juice and butter.
