Butter Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. regular or 2% milk
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick Imperial regular margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Let stand in a bowl to soften margarine and sugar.
    In a small pan, add milk and flour over low flame.
    Stir constantly until it forms a paste; remove from stove and cool completely.
    Then add to margarine mixture and beat thoroughly (about 3 minutes) with electric mixer until it looks like butter.
    Add Nestle's chocolate or cocoa, if you want chocolate frosting.
    Frosts a 9 x 13-inch cake, regular cake or 24 cupcakes.
