Hunter'S Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 c. diced potatoes
1 can sweet green peas
1 c. sliced carrots
1 pkg. gravy mix
Preparation

Brown
ground
beef;
drain
fat.
In large pan combine ground beef,
potatoes,
peas
and
carrots.
Add just enough water
to cover vegetables.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
Stir in gravy mix and simmer until slightly thickened.\t(Can also be done in a crock-pot.)
