Orange Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. orange Jell-O
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. water
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and boil for 3 minutes.
Let cool and start to thicken.
Add cottage cheese, pineapple and nuts.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.
Fits well in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
